Easy handling and large touch screen ensure safe procedures with a clear display of required information at all times.
The Olympus HysteroFlow / HysteroBalance II System provides accurate and easy measurement of fluid balance and intrauterine pressure in a closed system during hysteroscopy, thereby ensuring accurate fluid loss measurements throughout the procedure, ensuring safety and comfort.
Decoding of the tubings by HysteroFlow II leads to increased security and patient safety when handling single-use and reusable tubings.
Instrument recognition, and acoustic/visual alarms ensure surgeons are aware of exact patient readings at any time, so maximising patient safety.
The HysteroFlow / HysteroBalance II state-of-the-art hysteroscopic fluid management system for gynaecological procedures offers user and patient safety and comfort in hysteroscopy. The system provides accurate and easy measurement of fluid balance and intrauterine pressure in a closed system, thereby ensuring accurate fluid loss measurements throughout the procedure. The large, simple touch screen ensures easy operator use and clear display of information at all times.
One system for hysteroscopy
The HysteroFlow II pump plus HysteroBalance II balancing system together provide an ideal system for hysteroscopy and resection. Exact and reliable fluid management increase patient safety and minimise hyponatraemia risk.
Exact measurement system
Exact measurement of fluid balance is achieved via in- and outflow from two separate weighing cells. A large numeric and symbolic display of current fluid loss ensures the surgical team has a clear view of data.
The robust trolley, with a universal container/fluid bag holder, is easy to manoeuvre during procedures, and fluid bags/containers can easily be changed mid-procedure without errors in balancing.
Clear touch screen
A large, clear touch screen ensures safe procedures with a clear display of required information at all times.
The HysteroFlow / HysteroBalance II offers a versatile fluid management system. It is compatible with a variety of fluid bags and containers, and with single-use and reusable tubing sets.
Patient safety is ensured from closed-system fluid loss measurement, accurate pressure monitoring and multiple acoustic/visual alarms.
Partner with OES pro resectoscope for hysteroresection
HysteroFlow / HysteroBalance II and OES pro resectoscope for TCRis (transcervical resection in saline) or monopolar resection offer surgeons the perfect integrated solution for hysteroresection.
HysteroBalance II measuring unit and trolley benefits
Large display of current fluid loss; alarms when fluid loss limit is reached; exact measurement of in- and outflow from two separate weighing cells; and compatible with many containers and fluid bags without additional adapters.
HysteroFlow II pump benefits
Fast, accurate pressure control; automatic instrument recognition; large numeric/symbolic display of intrauterine pressure; visual/acoustic overpressure and perforation alarm; and tubings made from DEHP-free material.
Acts as a standalone pump if required
The HysteroFlow II pump can be used as a standalone pump should the fluid management aspect of the system not be required for a particular procedure.
