This Medical Expert Training course is recommended to gynecologists and reproductive surgeons with a major interest in the surgical management of endometriosis. The laparoscopic approach to deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) is one of the most difficult gynecological procedures. Owing to the pathophysiology of the disease, retroperitoneal fibrosis and alteration of anatomic structures, the surgical approach to endometriosis needs a sophisticated strategy. In this course, the participants will have the opportunity to learn a variety of laparoscopic approaches for complete excision of DIE, involving various pelvic organs.
